- How do I order?
You can order on-line 24/7, or, call Milli Mon-Sat. 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sun. 1-6 p.m. Central Standard Time
- How fast can you deliver my gift?
The standard time is 3-7 days for embroidery, when you choose UPS Ground shipping.
Depending on how long it takes UPS ground to ship to your state from Texas, it will be 1 to 7 days before you receive your purchase. This means a gift that is not a RUSH could get to you anywhere from 4 to 14 days, depending on how busy we are, and how far your state is from Texas.
If you prefer a faster delivery time, just select RUSH Shipping. In this case, we will embroider and ship your gift within 1-2 business days. We will ship the fastest way, to get your package to you, on the date provided. If time is very short, and the standard rush pricing does not cover the cost, Milli will call or e-mail to let you know.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.
There is usually no extra charge for this. USPS does not provide tracking numbers, except on Express shipments.
Please add time to our normal shipping process, as we must take the packages to the US post office for shipping.
We prefer to ship to a proper US street address (not PO box) whenever possible so that we may ship by UPS. UPS provides insurance, tracking information, and they pick up here everyday.
If your gift is being shipped International, there will be an extra shipping charge. Please select RUSH shipping to help cover the extra cost. If this still does not cover the cost, we will e-mail you. These gifts will be taken to the USPS and shipped the most economical way, unless you need your gift delivered by a certain date. Please let us know the date you need the gift to arrive.

- Can I order things that are not listed on this website?
Yes, if you don't see the item your looking for, please call 1-800-659-9240 (1-281-213-2339) or e-mail me and I'll see if I can get it for you.
- Do all items include a free monogram?
Yes, one free 3 letter monogram or one name is included.
- Can you put extra lettering or words?
Yes, call 800-659-9240 (1-281-213-2339) for pricing.
- Is your monogramming done in house (on premises)?
Milli does all monogramming personally with great attention to detail.
- Do you offer Gift Certificates & how do they work?

- Is my credit card information safe when submitting order?
Yes, you personal information is sent to Verisign Payment Services for secure processing.
- Do you give quantity discounts?

- Did I pick the best monogram choice?
Choose your lettering style by clicking the Font Styles link. If there is a better or more appropriate monogram or lettering style (font) choice for your product, Milli will make the final adjustment.
- Did I pick the right color?
Color of embroidery threads vary. Example, like pink, medium pink, hot pink, mean different things to different people. Milli will make appropriate color choice for the product.
- Will Milli pick the best size monogram for my product?
Size of monograms will vary. Holly will make the final decision depending on appropriate size & placement for the product selected.

- Why should I use the Log-in option?
You may create an account by registering with us. By creating an account with Milligift.com you will be able to shop faster, be kept up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Registration does not involve any credit card information. Information is kept confidential. Privacy Policy. If you choose not to register, you will need to re-enter all of your information each time you order. The Log-in opportunity is Optional.
- What is CVV2?
CVV2 is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV" stands for "Card Verification Values" (Discover Card calls it the "Cardmember ID)
It is the tree-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. The CVV2 number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. It is not part of your regular credit card number.
It is the four-digit number on the front of American Express cards. It is printed (flat) not embossed like the card number.
The CVV2 number enhances fraud protections and helps to validate two things:
- The customer has the credit card in their possession.
- The credit card number is legitimate
- Are you a Brick and Mortar retail store or home-based?
